By purchasing from AZIAVAI, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
Our Products
All AZIAVAI products are handmade in Los Angeles by a small, dedicated team. If for any reason your item is defective, please email us at support@aziavai.com to arrange a repair. AZIAVAI owns all intellectual property and creative rights to our designs and products.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. All eligible items may be exchanged for a new item of equal value or store credit only.
- Customers must contact us within 7 business days of receiving their order to initiate an exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Returns Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@aziavai.com. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing.
- If the wrong item was sent due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is not due to our error, we do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a mailing address to send your return.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued at the discretion of AZIAVAI and may be used toward future purchases. Store credit does not expire.
Shipping & Production Timeframes
We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only — delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
Made to Order: All items are made to order and typically take 15–20 business days to produce before shipping. This means your order will not ship until it has been made. Once production is complete, your order will ship via the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner, please email us at support@aziavai.com to arrange rush delivery before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
AZIAVAI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages resulting from customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
